Managing your team’s access to the N1 Ads platform is essential for ensuring your audience measurement and campaign data remain secure and accessible to the right stakeholders. Follow the steps below to request access for a new team member or agency partner.
Prerequisites
Before submitting your request, please ensure you have the following information ready:
User Details: Full name and professional email address.
Access Level: Specify if the user requires Admin (full configuration) or Viewer (reporting only) permissions.
Contract Context: Your Business Entity ID (BeID) or Contract ID (found in your Ibsis agreement).
Steps to Request Access
Navigate to the Nielsen Support Portal: Visit the [Nielsen Help Center] and click on the "Submit a Request" button in the top right corner.
Select the Access Form: From the dropdown menu, choose the User Access & Provisioning form.
Fill in Product Details: Select N1 Ads as the primary product.
Enter User Information: Input the name and email of the user. If you are requesting access for multiple users, you may attach a CSV file using the template provided on the form.
Specify Site Restrictions: If this user is part of an agency and should only see specific publisher sites or campaigns, please list those in the "Special Instructions" field.
Submit: Click Submit. You will receive a ticket number (e.g., ZD-12345) and a confirmation email. Our Admin Access team typically processes these requests within 1–3 business days.
